HAMPER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion is called “Win a hamper of (almost) everything!” (Promotion)
2. The Promoter is the Purpose Precinct, trading under Good Cycles, ABN 56 162 578 805 7 (Promoter)
3. The participating location of the Promoter is:
1. Queen Victoria Market, Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000
2. Purpose Precinct online website: https://purposeprecinct.org/ 
4. The Promotion commences at 9:00am Wednesday 22 November 2023 (ACDT) and closes at 12:00pm Saturday 24 December 2023 (Promotional Period)
5. Conditions of entry:
1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged eighteen years or over (Entrants). 
1. Employees, retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies related to the Promoter are not eligible to enter in the promotion.
2. During the Promotional Period, the entrant must purchase in-store or online from the Promoter any good or goods totally an RRP $40 or more.
3. Delivery to the prize winner if to an address within Australia only.
6. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
7. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants hereby warrant that all personal information submitted is true, current, and complete and that the email address and phone number you submit is accurate and valid.
8. Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other Entrants will be invalid and may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Examples of entries or behaviour which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.
9. The Prize is 35 items selected from 35 of the social enterprises that are ranged at the Purpose Precinct. The selection of these products is at the discretion of the Purpose Precinct.
10. The Total Prize pool is valued at $400 (inc GST)
11. The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Prize will only be distributed within Australia, and all components of the prize are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. 
12. There will be one (1) winner drawn. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries from Participating location. The Prize Draw will take place on Sunday 24 December 2023 at 12:00pm (ACDT) at Queen Victoria Market, Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
13. The winner will be notified by telephone/email within 72 hours of the draw being completed at the number/email held on record for the Winner by the promoter with detail of how to claim their prize. Winner’s names will be available from https://purposeprecinct.org/ and relevant social media platforms following the Prize Draw. By entering this promotion, entrants’ consent to the Promoter displaying the Winner’s name on the Promoters website and disclosing the Winner’s name to any person who enquires about the identity of the Winner. 
14. If the Prize is unclaimed, then subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw one (1) month after the date at the Prize draw on Sunday 21 January 2024 (ACDT) at Queen Victoria Market, Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize. Any such new winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone/email within 72 hours of the redraw and provide details on how to claim their prize. The new Winner’s name will be disclosed to any person that enquires about the identity of the new Winner.  
15. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize. A new winner will be drawn and notified.
16. As the Promotion is a game of chance, and subject otherwise to these Terms and Conditions, skill plays no part in determining the Winner and each valid entry will NOT be individually judged. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. The Winner will be confirmed by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to all matters in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 
17. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
18. Any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s online services is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
19. The Promoter shall not have any liability and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant in this Promotion or resulting from Prizes.
20. The Winner acknowledges that the Promoter will not be liable should any injury or other arise from entering, winning, or partaking in the prize of this Promotion directly or indirectly.
21. Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, awarding prizes, being added to the Purpose Precinct e-newsletter subscriber list, and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion. 
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control where the Promoter reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.
