The Moving Feast Kitchen is a commercial test kitchen located at the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market. Every market day, Our Eco-Chef rescues unsold market produce and turns it into delicious shelf-stable products (for sale in the onsite Pantry).

We also hold regular classes to learn how to waste less food at home - see what classes are coming up here.
