Moving Feast Kitchen
A place for innovation and creation, located in the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market.
The Moving Feast Kitchen is a commercial test kitchen located at the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market. Every market day, our Eco-Chef rescues unsold market produce and turns it into delicious shelf-stable products (for sale in the onsite Pantry). It's also a space for workshops and events, and space for hire by social enterprises and for-purpose organisations.

Workshops & Classes
Join one of our regular classes with our Innovation Chef Tobie Puttock, where you can reduce food waste at home and create delicious fresh dishes and long-life products.

Team Building Events
Let your next team event make a real impact—on your people and our planet.
Our innovation kitchen hosts interactive group cooking sessions and food waste education workshops, tailored especially for corporate groups. From a demonstration session on how to turn market surplus—like overripe or undersold fruit and veggies—into delicious pickles, through to fully hands-on sessions culminating in a delicious lunch feast.

Kitchen Hire
Our commercial test kitchen is an ideal space for food product development or small group training and workshops - with the beautiful produce of Queen Victoria Market on your doorstep.
