Each year, thousands of Melburnians take part in CERES Olives to Oil - harvesting in backyards, streets, and parks - pressing together and turning olives that would be wasted into something extraordinary. Your purchase supports this much-loved community program.
This year's oil took home a silver medal in the Australian Golden Olive Awards. Here's the tasting notes from the judges: Clean aromas of cut grass, green banana, tomato vine, red apple and malt. Good transfer with green tomato, almond, banana cake mix, snow pea and sorrel heat finish. Clean mouthfeel. Long length with balanced bitterness and pepper.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you've left it to the last minute and urgently need something then please get in touch or order for local pick-up to avoid transport delays.
