Eden 'Committed' Necklace

Eden's Committed Necklace is their signature piece. When you purchase this, you are in fact buying two necklaces because the inner heart is given to a woman the Eden team meets on outreach.

The 1.1" circular diameter pendant and chain are made of black hematite and 18K gold-plated stainless steel. The chain is 18" with a 1.3" extension.

The Committed necklace is handmade with hope by rescued women and designed to connect an advocate like you to a woman like Thinzar.

Thinzar met the Eden Outreach team in a filthy, back alley brothel in a very poor slum. The delicate heart pendant the Eden team placed her neck seemed so out of place in this dark, dilapidated building. Thinzar’s eyes lit up when we shared that, somewhere in the world, the person who wore the outside half of Thinzar’s necklace was thinking of her. We then whispered a promise of hope that we will take care of all the barriers keeping her from escaping. We will answer her phone call, provide her with a place to go, pay her taxi fare, and open up the future for her. Two days after meeting Thinzar, the Outreach phone rang. She had escaped!

Thirty minutes later, she arrived at Eden with her half of the Committed necklace around her neck…

Care Instructions: 

To clean your plated jewellery at home, use a non-abrasive jewellery cleaner that is safe for plated parts or a mild soap and water. Use a soft cloth to clean the item carefully. After cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and allow it to dry completely.
Buffing your plated jewellery with a soft cloth is an effective and inexpensive way to keep your pieces lustrous.

Note: Do not use a jewelry polishing cloth, as this can damage the finish.
