Kenshi Candles donates a minimum of 50% of their profit to fund pasta for people experiencing food insecurity here in Australia. Every candle and diffuser sold online is directly funding 2kg of pasta which Kenshi buy themselves and donate directly to food charities working on a grassroots level in Australia. By donating pasta instead of money, they ensure that there is no middleman taking a cut and 100% of your contribution goes directly to those in need.

Our Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide*. Please email us if you’d like to organise an overseas shipping order and we’ll see what we can do.

We ship using Australia Post, for localised information about your state please check their website for the latest information.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you've left it to the last minute and urgently need something then please get in touch or order for local pick-up to avoid transport delays.

* Please note: some items such as beeswax products are unable to be shipped to some states due to local environmental policies. If you're unsure about an item you can check your states policy here.

Can I return a product?

We will always accept a refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as the item is unused. Please email us to organise this.
