Each Pāli basket is individually handwoven in a remote village in Myanmar, from new pallet strapping made from recycled plastics. Plastics are collected by locals from streets and beaches, recycled into pellets, then made into rolls of new strapping.
The Burmese weaving techniques have been passed down through generations. Every basket sold enables ongoing support of the artisans, village families and local Burmese communities.
All baskets are fully recyclable at the end of their very long lives.
Design may vary from ones pictured - visit us in-store to secure a particular colour-way!

Pali
Pali works with artisans from remote villages in Myanmar, the Philippines, and Java to weave traditional market bags and baskets. These bags are individually handwoven from "plastic rattan", made from recycled PET plastic.

Our Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide*. Please email us if you’d like to organise an overseas shipping order and we’ll see what we can do.
We ship using Australia Post, for localised information about your state please check their website for the latest information.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you've left it to the last minute and urgently need something then please get in touch or order for local pick-up to avoid transport delays.
* Please note: some items such as beeswax products are unable to be shipped to some states due to local environmental policies. If you're unsure about an item you can check your states policy here.
Can I return a product?
We will always accept a refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as the item is unused. Please email us to organise this.
