In many Australian councils, plastic bottle tops must be separated from bottles before being placed in the recycling bin. Bottle tops are too small to be accurately sorted at most recycling facilities, and if placed loose within your kerbside recycling bin, often end up contaminating the recycling mix or jamming the sorting machinery.
Here at the Purpose Precinct, we strive to be part of the solution - and every bit counts!
Each carabiner made in-store diverts three plastic bottle caps from landfill.
Designed with versatility and sustainability in mind, these colourful cuties are ideal for holding your keys, attaching a water bottle to your bag, or adding a splash of colour to your fits.
PLEASE NOTE: These carabiners are not suitable for climbing.
Each carabiner is one of a kind and made by hand, and as such, colours shades may vary.

The Purpose Precinct is a one-stop shop for homewares, clothing, food and gifts that all support businesses who do social, cultural and environmental good.
Our Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide*. Please email us if you’d like to organise an overseas shipping order and we’ll see what we can do.
We ship using Australia Post, for localised information about your state please check their website for the latest information.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you've left it to the last minute and urgently need something then please get in touch or order for local pick-up to avoid transport delays.
* Please note: some items such as beeswax products are unable to be shipped to some states due to local environmental policies. If you're unsure about an item you can check your states policy here.
Can I return a product?
We will always accept a refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as the item is unused. Please email us to organise this.
