TABOO is a social enterprise selling high-quality, certified organic cotton period care in Australia, with all company profits committed to ending period poverty.
Period poverty is the experience where someone is unable to access dignified period care or menstrual hygiene education. TABOO's profits support projects including the "Pad it Forward" program, which supports Aussies doing it tough, with free period care and menstrual health education. When you choose TABOO, you’re choosing to help create a future where no one is held back by their period.
100% of TABOO’s net-profits go to their charity partner One Girl. One Girl runs programs in Sierra Leone and Uganda aimed at keeping girls in school and women employed. A big part of this mission is to ensure that these communities have access to the right products and education to deal with their period in a hygienic and culturally appropriate way.

Our Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide*. Please email us if you’d like to organise an overseas shipping order and we’ll see what we can do.
We ship using Australia Post, for localised information about your state please check their website for the latest information.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If you've left it to the last minute and urgently need something then please get in touch or order for local pick-up to avoid transport delays.
* Please note: some items such as beeswax products are unable to be shipped to some states due to local environmental policies. If you're unsure about an item you can check your states policy here.
Can I return a product?
We will always accept a refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as the item is unused. Please email us to organise this.
